Please keep the following terms in mind when purchasing from the Fountain of Beauty.

Delivery time:

OK, I've paid for my item, I want it NOW! We know what that's like and as the Queens of instant gratification, we sympathise and commiserate. But Australia Post has a schedule of deliveries which we need to keep in mind so we know when to expect our goodies to arrive.

The following table will help you to determine the approximate number of days it will take before you receive your order.

NSW and the ACT: 3-4 business days

The rest of Australia: 4-7 business days

USA and Canada: 10 - 14 business days (Canadian packages are often held by customs so please allow extra time for this)

Europe - Approximately 10-14 business days (please note - Italian customs often holds packages for an extremely long time)

South America (e.g. Brazil): approx. 20 business days (the delay is due to customs checks. It has been my experience that in countries such as Brazil, customs can hold packages for up to 2 months).

Eastern Europe: approx 10-14 business days (subject to customs checks)

Lost or damaged items:

Unfortunately, this happens from time to time. We will always take great care in packing using padded bags, bubble wrap, tissue paper and other packing material to ensure that your items arrive in the same brand new and perfect condition they left here. If you would like extra protection, your items will be boxed for an additional $5 charge. Please note this during checkout.

All orders are shipped by either registered mail (within Australia) or insured mail (overseas). Both of these shipping methods will cover you against loss or damage during shipment. Express delivery is an option and though it does have a tracking component to allow parcels to be traced along the route, they are not covered for loss or breakage so please keep this in mind if you choose this shipping method.

Payment:

We have tried to accommodate our customers by providing a broad range of secure payment methods for your convenience. At the present time, we are awaiting approval for our merchant facility. Once that has come through, we will be able to accept your payment by credit card. At that time, both MasterCard and VISA will be cheerfully accepted.

At the present times however, our online payment method is PayPal.

All of the above payments will be covered by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security and carry buyer guarantees that you can be confident will protect both your purchase and your private details.

Australian buyers can also choose to pay by Internet banking or direct deposit (bank details will be provided during checkout) or by money order. Personal cheques are not accepted nor are payments in any currency other than Australian dollars.

If choosing to pay by Internet banking or direct deposit, it is vital that you leave your name as identification on your payment. Failure to do so will lead to delays in processing your order. We would also request that you email the payment details to us to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Pricing:

All prices on this web site are in Australian dollars and include GST (10%). If you are overseas and wish to determine the exchange into your home currency, please visit www.xe.com for the exact exchange rate on any given day. GST will not be included on any international orders.

We reserve the right to change our prices at our discretion and without notice.

<h2>Do I need to order over the web?</h2>

Absolutely not! Though this is the quickest ordering method and is quite secure, you are more than welcome to place your order via phone, fax, email or post. If you wish to order using any of these methods please use this order form.

IMPORTANT! Please do NOT include your credit card details in an email as this is not secure. If you send us an email with your order, please include a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and we will call you back for payment details.

Returns and exchanges:

Choose carefully! For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare and fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns will only be accepted if the wrong item has been sent and then, the item must be returned unused and untested within a period of 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are only refundable if we made an error on your order.

If you are unsure of a colour or not certain about whether a certain skincare item is suitable for your particular skin type, we highly recommend that you pay a visit to your nearest retail outlet which stocks these items to test and try before you buy. Also realise that digital images are notorious for appearing differently on different monitors. For the most realistic view of colours, either visit a retail store or the web site of the cosmetics manufacturer to view swatches and details.
