How do I place an order?

All orders are made via our secure online shopping cart facility though you do have the option, should you choose, to send payment in by money order or to pay via Internet banking or direct deposit (please see below for details). When you have picked out the items you wish to purchase and added them to your shopping cart, complete the checkout process to confirm your purchase.

What payment options are available?

Online: You can pay online via our secure facility by using Paypal, a secure payment gateway which is free for you to use and one that will keep your payment details private. This is the quickest and most reliable method.

If you are uncomfortable with this option, you can contact us via email, telephone or FAX to order and pay. If contacting us by email, please do NOT include your credit card details in the message as this is not secure. Please just provide us with a return number and the best time to contact you and we will be back to collect your details over the phone. Feel free to FAX your details to us however. Our FAX number is 02 6687 2032 (from overseas, please FAX 612 6687 2032)

Direct deposit: Please email us if you are paying via direct deposit or Internet banking and be sure to leave your name as identification on your payment. As soon as the payment has cleared (1 to 2 business days depending on your bank), we will send you your order. Payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

We cannot take responsibility for payments that do not reach us, therefore we suggest you use Registered Post. Payment MUST BE MADE OUT in Australian Dollars. If you are outside of Australia and do not have an Australian bank account, PayPal will be the only payment option available to you.

Do you ship overseas?

Absolutely! The postage costs will be calculated for you once you select the postal destination. Be aware that some countries charge import taxes or specific fees for items ordered from overseas. Please contact the relevant bodies in your own country in regards to any applicable charges. Delivery time depends on your location, but delivery should take between 6 and 14 business days on average (do not include weekends and holidays in your calculations). Below is a bit more specific information that you can use as a guide depending upon where you live:

USA and Canada: 10 - 14 business days (Canadian packages are often held by customs so please allow extra time for this) Europe - Approximately 10-14 business days (please note - Italian customs often holds packages for an extremely long time) South America (e.g. Brazil): approx. 20 business days (the delay is due to customs checks. It has been my experience that in countries such as Brazil, customs can hold packages for up to 2 months). Eastern Europe: approx 10-14 business days (subject to customs checks)

How long for delivery?

All orders within Australia are sent via registered delivery or express post. Please look at the following table for an approximate idea of how long delivery will take. Remember that holidays will almost always cause these times to be longer so allow a bit of extra at Christmas, Easter and other holiday times.

NSW and the ACT: 3-4 business days
The rest of Australia: 4-7 business days

I'm not happy with my purchased product.Can I return it?

Unfortunately, no. Because of hygiene issues, cosmetics cannot be returned so please consider your choice carefully before ordering and we strongly recommend that if you are unfamiliar with a particular item or range, that you visit a retail store first to test it. You will also then see what a huge savings you are getting by buying the exact same item from the Fountain of Beauty!
